Crystal Bacon is a high-level distance runner and a collegiate distance coach who has a ton of experience racing and coaching. 

In recent years Crystal has had one big goal in mind – to qualify for the Olympic Trials in the marathon. 

She has had success at many race distance, but the marathon proved to be a unique challenge. But with some thoughtful training, recovery, and nutrition practices, Crystal was able to overcome some setbacks to accomplish her main goal.
