Rich Ryan comes from the running world, as a Division 1 runner, he has been training in endurance for over 15 years and has been coaching athletes for nearly a decade.
Rich has worked as a CrossFit level 1 trainer, a group fitness instructor and a one on one personal trainer. As the founder of Reinforced Running, he has helped hundreds of athletes 90% of whom have hit a new PR.
Rich is a current member of the Spartan pro team and placing 10th in the Spartan Race National series in 2019. Rich has the competitive chops and experience across multiple terrains to help his athletes prepare for any race.
Josh Ried comes from an extreme sports background where he has become proficient in teaching movement, strength, and body control to gives his athletes a unique experience.
As a NASM Certified Trainer and Primal Health coach, he can identify what athletes need and give practical programming the help them get stronger and faster.
Josh has established himself as one of the top racers in the Northeast with Elite podium finished at Greek Peak Sprint, Vernon Beast, Tuxedo Sprint, Killington Beast, Citizens Bank Park, and Vernon Super. He also coasts a top 10 finishes in OCR NORAM Championships and a top-five finish at World’s Toughest Mudder.
The different backgrounds from your coaches provide a well-rounded approach that will help athletes prepare best for OCR. The multiple domain sport of OCR is remaining to train for, so it takes a wide range of experience and knowledge to create a plan that will work for you as an athlete.
