Josh Ried (Riedinger) is a coach and elite OCR athlete. Josh has a background as an athlete is in extreme sports – more specifically BMX racing and freestyle BMX. 

This background has given him a unique skill set as an athlete that he uses to his advantage in the sport where he is amassing a lot of success

Josh is one of the very few people only who have podiumed in all Spartan distances including trail, so he has a tremendous range. And his training is very thoughtful and he manages his endurance, strength, and nutrition in a cohesive manner to optimize his gains.
