If you’re a runner; you’ve probably been injured. An injury can be a setback, but it can also be an opportunity. Getting hurt does not have to be a deterrent for hitting your goals.
Luke Bosek is a prime example. Luke is an Ultra Endurance and OCR athletes who found running later in life. What he also found was a slew of injuries.
But Luke smashes cross-training while doing everything he can to rehab. And Luke rarely loses fitness comes back to racing.
Luke joins Rich and John to share how he has overcome injuries to be one of the best OCR and Ultra runners in the country.
